Pickup
Please choose the “pick up” option at the checkout if you would like to pick up your purchase yourself from the Abstract Underground Studio. We’re located at 5809 39 Ave Close, Camrose, AB T4V 4A5 - Map. Due to Covid-19, studio appointments are required. Please arrange a time to pick up your purchase by calling or texting (780) 224-3699 with your desired pick up date and time.
Purchases not picked up after 2 months are subject to additional holding fees.

Canadian Domestic Shipping
FREE shipping within CANADA
If you live in the Camrose, Canada city limits, I will personally deliver your painting(s) at no charge for most orders.
If you are outside the Camrose area, shipping costs vary with the size of the painting & your location. For a quick shipping quote, send an email to: hello@abstractunderground.com with the title/size of the piece you would like to purchase with the delivery location. International shipping for canvas start at $50.00 CAN plus applicable taxes and import fees.

Art by Steph can be shipped worldwide. If you live outside of Canada, email hello@abstractunderground.com or call (780)-224-3699 with your city & country for a shipping quote today.
If something arrives damaged, please email photos and your order number within 2 days of delivery to support@abstractunderground.com.
Returns
Exchanges Only
If your art piece does not look as great as you had imagined in your home you may exchange it for another art piece by Abstract Underground of equal or lesser value within 30 days of purchase. Exchanges only. No returns. All sales are final. No cash is returned if chosen artwork is of lesser value. Art pieces must be in perfect condition.
